We believe the best way to do this is by teaching and training you how to exercise properly and effectively, how to use gym equipment correctly, how to make the best use of the latest training gear available, and how to apply daily strategies and nutritional guidance so that you can be the person you want to be.

Drop us a message and we'll arrange a time to speak with you over the phone. We'll talk about your training needs and answer any questions you have. Even if you decide we are not the Personal Trainers for you, we will still happily give you some great advice to help you achieve your goals.
After speaking with us on the phone we'll offer you a free 1-hour consultation with a personal trainer. During your free consultation we'll discuss your goals, perform a short health assessment, and assess your ability to perform 3 exercises: a squat, a push up, and a sit up. We'll also teach you how to perform these 3 exercises correctly.
